Manage project participants

Through the simple assignment of participants to individual projects, you always have an overview of who is involved in the project and in which function. Users can be managed centrally and reassigned for new projects. The user administration also includes the possibility to manage data of the project participants, such as phone numbers or an address.

Easy plan updates for a new index

If there is a change in a plan, the old plan version can be updated by uploading the new files. ArchiPlan then automatically notifies all users for this plan that a new version is available. Thus it is possible to distribute revisions or to correct errors in plans quickly and easily.

Distribute the right filetype

Choose which file format you want to send to which participant so that they can download the correct format for their needs. Since not every project participant can handle all formats or you do not want to send the original files to all participants, the same plan can be sent as e.g. PDF and DWG.

Update status at a glance

See at a glance when a plan was downloaded by a participant and which project participant is still working with an old version. The download status can also be viewed retrospectively for past plan versions to ensure seamless project documentation.

Notification system

If a new plan or an updated plan version is available, a notification is created for the project participants. However, notifications are only sent to the e-mail addresses of the users after they have been released, and only in bundled form.

User management

In addition to the plan distribution ArchiPlan offers a user administration. Here external project participants and internal employees can be managed and the corresponding access to ArchiPlan can be controlled.

Archive old projects or plans

Old projects and plans can be archived and are thus hidden from the interface. However, this can be undone at any time.

Secure and reliable application Hosted in Germany

ArchiPlan is hosted on servers in Germany. Strict compliance with the current data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR) is of course ensured. The accessibility of ArchiPlan is ensured by multiple redundancy.

Custom project phases

Via the settings, own project phases can be added and the sorting of these can be adapted to the own needs.

Multilingual application

To ensure the best possible use for international projects or project participants, ArchiPlan is provided in German and English. Each user can choose the desired language.

Actively developed

New functions are constantly being developed for ArchiPlan. Errors that occur are corrected as quickly and transparently as possible. Wishes, suggestions and feedback are always welcome.
